Warranty Statement: Lobo Tool Company provides a firm commitment to quality. We guarantee that each of our products, under standard conditions of use and service, remains free of material or craftsmanship defects for a period of one year from the original purchase date. Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or the natural decline in a product's usefulness over time.

Remedy Provisions:

  1. Should any product manifest a defect, unrelated to normal wear and tear or its life usefulness, during the warranty period, the original purchaser may seek either repair or replacement, subject to Lobo Tool Company's discretion.
  2. Any intention to return a product under this warranty must receive prior written consent from Lobo Tool Company. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  3. Lobo Tool Company cannot assume responsibility for any potential damage incurred during the transportation of products to or from our facilities, nor can we be held responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
  4. If, for any reason, repair or replacement is deemed unfeasible by Lobo Tool Company, the original purchaser shall be entitled to a refund of the product's purchase price.

Exclusions and Limitations:

  • Wear parts, owing to the nature of their usage, are exempt from this warranty. Additionally, products showing signs of normal wear and tear, or those that have simply reached the end of their typical useful life, are not covered under this warranty.
  • This warranty supersedes any prior warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied.
  • Lobo Tool Company offers no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
  • Lobo Tool Company shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages or lost profits arising from the production, sale, transportation, or use of any product, or from normal wear and tear or the natural aging of the product.
